Fees
A typical fee for conducting a mediation involving two parties (inclusive of attendances incidental to preparation for the mediation) is usually somewhere between $3,750.00 to $4,750.00 plus GST per party, exclusive of venue cost, if any, which is billed as a disbursement. If there are more than two parties involved in the mediation the cost per party reduces pro rata. For further information about Grant's fees, please contact him.
Grant does not charge for his time or travel costs in getting to & from mediations anywhere in New Zealand in recognition that these are costs incidental to his choice to live ‘off the beaten track’ in the beautiful Wairarapa which should fall to him rather than on those engaging his services.
